I required a re-mortgage as my fixed rate was ending. I found Fylde Mortgages on a website and the representative Lee MacGregor was excellent from start to finish. Any questions or queries which I had were either answered immediately or within 24 hours. In the current financial climate, Lee was able to find me an excellent deal with Nationwide and advised me and kept me informed every step of the way. His fee of £95 was exceptional value for money based on the service he provided and the product he recommended. I would suggest to anyone looking for a mortgage or re-mortgage to use Fylde Mortgage Services, particularly Lee as he was knowledgeable and concerned that he met all the customer requirements.
